刪除帳號

Delete your Life Practice account — instructions in Chinese and English below (App Store review requirement).

在 App 內刪除（建議）

1. 開啟 Life Practice App 並登入。
2. 前往「設定」分頁。
3. 點「刪除帳號」，並完成兩次確認。

系統會先取消有效的週期訂閱；若取消或外部帳號撤銷暫時失敗，帳號不會被誤標為已刪除，你可稍後重試。成功後會刪除 Firebase Authentication、Profile、收藏、角色、回報、分析與商店權益連結資料，並清除裝置上的本機練習紀錄。付款交易事實可能因會計、退款或爭議處理而保留，但會移除本服務中的 UID 與 Email 連結。此動作無法復原。

無法使用 App 時

請以你註冊的信箱寄信至 [email protected]，主旨註明「刪除帳號」，我們會在合理期間內完成刪除並回覆。

Delete your account (English)

1. Open the Life Practice app and sign in.
2. Go to the “Settings” tab.
3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm twice.

The service first cancels any active recurring subscription. If cancellation or external-account revocation temporarily fails, the account is not reported as deleted and you can retry. On success, Firebase Authentication, profile, favorites, characters, reports, analytics identifiers and store-entitlement links are deleted, and local practice history is cleared. Payment transaction facts may be retained for accounting, refunds or disputes, but the service removes UID and email links. This cannot be undone. If you can’t access the app, email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject “Delete account”.
